Help us build a category-defining brain health company from the inside. You will serve as a partner ensuring seamless execution of Mave’s growth plans. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, requiring someone who can think strategically while driving tactical excellence across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

0-3 years in business ops, marketing, or a similar high-ownership role.
Foundational understanding of Meta and Influencer engine. Basic understanding of Finance and General business operations.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Role and Compensation

Role would be execution first and would report directly to founders
Compensation: CTC 6-12 LPA (rare exceptions possible for the right fit)
