The Video Production Lead is the operational backbone of the newsroom.
If production breaks, everything breaks.

Own end-to-end digital video production for news content
Build and enforce daily production workflows
Coordinate anchors, editors, writers, graphics, and social teams
Ensure videos move smoothly from idea to publish
Fix breakdowns before they slow output
Balance speed, accuracy, and quality under tight deadlines
Set production standards that scale
