Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on engineering leader to own the technical backbone of all client engagements. This role combines architecture, team leadership, and delivery ownership.

You will be responsible for building scalable AI-driven systems and ensuring everything shipped to production is reliable and high-quality.

Key Responsibilities

Own technical architecture across all projects (AI agents, automations, data pipelines, full-stack systems)
Set engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure delivery quality
Lead and scale the engineering team (hiring, mentoring, performance)
Translate client problems into technical solutions in collaboration with business teams
Ensure production systems are stable, scalable, and reliable

What We’re Looking For

Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/LLM applications
Strong full-stack understanding (Python backend, APIs, data pipelines, and frontend basics)
Deep familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, orchestration tools)
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving approach in high-pressure, real-world scenarios

Additional Points

This is a senior leadership role with high ownership and deep technical decision-making. A strong academic background from institutions is a plus, though exceptional candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
