About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, designing APIs, and working on high-performance services that power our core products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on distributed systems, performance optimization, and backend architecture.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
Build scalable and high-performance APIs and microservices
Work with databases, caching systems, and message queues
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of professional experience in backend development
Strong proficiency in Golang
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus
Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architecture
Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Exposure to high-scale systems and performance tuning
Prior experience working in product-based companies or startups
