At Kontent Media, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented full-time Social Media & Content Creator & Manager/Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, content strategy, and audience engagement, along with a keen eye for trends, branding, and digital storytelling.

As a Social Media & Content Creator & Manager/Executive, you'll work on exciting projects for global brands across industries like FinTech, Crypto, Real Estate, Podcasts, and Personal Branding. Every day brings something new, giving you the opportunity to create impactful content, manage brand presence across multiple platforms, and sharpen your creative and strategic skills while working alongside a passionate and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful content and campaigns.
Create compelling captions, content strategies, and short-form content while staying updated with the latest trends.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and content quality across all social media platforms.
Manage multiple projects, content calendars, and campaigns while meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience in social media management and content creation with a strong portfolio.
Strong understanding of social media strategy and audience engagement.
Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to identify trends and create engaging content.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Bonus: Knowledge or experience with financial content.
