Design beautiful, intuitive, and high-converting user experiences for some of the fastest-scaling consumer apps in the world.
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our fast-growing consumer app studio. You will design exceptional mobile and web experiences across multiple consumer products, helping shape everything from onboarding and activation to subscriptions, retention, and core product interactions.
This role goes beyond creating visually appealing interfaces. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to solve real user problems, simplify complex experiences, and create products that millions of users love.

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive end-to-end user experiences across mobile and web applications
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs
Improve onboarding, activation, subscriptions, retention, and core product experiences
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Growth, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct user research when required and translate insights into intuitive product experiences
Continuously improve designs using user feedback, analytics, product metrics, and experimentation
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
Ensure consistency across products while maintaining high visual quality
Design experiences that balance usability, accessibility, aesthetics, and business objectives
Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to improve product quality and user experience
Stay updated with emerging design trends, interaction patterns, and platform guidelines
(Future) Grow into a Senior UX/UI Designer, owning multiple products and mentoring junior designers
Who Can Apply
1–5 years of UX/UI design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and/or web product design work
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience designing complete product flows rather than isolated screens
Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design
Ability to simplify complex problems into elegant user experiences
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid iterations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
Preferred / Bonus Experience
Experience designing consumer apps with large user bases
Experience working on subscription products or freemium business models
Familiarity with product analytics, user behavior, and data-informed design decisions
Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams during implementation
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
Experience designing gamified experiences, reward systems, or engagement mechanics is a strong plus
Experience working in startups or high-growth product companies
