About the role :
This is your chance to help build the voice-first surface for Oolka — a way for millions of Indians to manage their credit and finances by simply talking, not typing
You will own scaling voice as a new interaction layer on India's first truly agentic credit solution — designing conversations that feel natural, not scripted
At Oolka, AI is deeply integrated into the work of our Tech, Product, and Design teams. We're looking for someone who has actually shipped voice AI products — not just called an API, but understands the pipeline end-to-end
Our office is in Bangalore and we don't offer remote

Criteria :
2-5 years of Product experience, with hands-on ownership of a voice AI product (non-MBAs preferred)
Deep understanding of STT/TTS pipelines — latency, accuracy trade-offs, and where voice interactions break down in the real world
Comfortable designing for vernacular, low-bandwidth, and first-time digital users
Understanding of the mechanics of LLM interactions and comfortable with agentic workflows
Passion for building innovative, AI-driven solutions and some genuine interest/curiosity about fintech
