Senior Manager - Supply Planning & Inventory Control | Omnichannel | Gurugram

We are looking for a Supply Chain professional for one of our clients operating in an Omnichannel space preferably from FMCG/Consumer Goods. The role will focus on demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, production scheduling, inventory optimisation and distribution planning across Retail, E-commerce and Distribution channels.

The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience, including 3–4 years in production planning leadership. The candidate should have experience managing RM, WIP, FG and multi-DC inventory, along with strong exposure to ERP systems, Advanced Excel and supply chain analytics. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance are essential. Exposure to imported goods, long lead times and high-SKU environments will be an added advantage.

Location: Gurgaon

Working Mode: 5.5 days (Alt Saturday's working), onsite
