About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, packing, and dispatch activities. The role requires ensuring efficient warehouse processes, optimizing storage space, maintaining stock accuracy, and leading warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Manage warehouse operations, including inventory storage, packing, and dispatching.
Supervise daily warehouse activities and team performance.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Coordinate inward and outward material movement.
Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments for smooth operations.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Prepare warehouse reports and update inventory records in the system.
Resolve operational issues and improve warehouse productivity.

Who Can Apply?

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in warehouse, inventory, store, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP, or inventory software preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and warehouse operations efficiently.
Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Experience: 2–5 Years (Warehouse / Inventory / Logistics Operations)

CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.
