The Role

We’re looking for an AI-native Creative Designer / Visual Producer who can translate ideas into high-quality visuals, motion, and video content across multiple platforms.

Creative concepts may be prototyped quickly using AI, but the final execution requires strong design and production skills to deliver polished outputs in the right formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for different channels.

You’ll work closely with storytellers and performance marketers to turn creative ideas into production-ready assets for organic social, paid advertising, and brand storytelling.

The Ideal Candidate

Strong design and visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into high-quality creative assets
Comfortable using AI tools for rapid prototyping of visuals, imagery, and video
Strong execution ability in tools such as Figma, Flow, InVideo, ElevenLabs, and similar creative tools
Able to stitch together longer ad creatives beyond simple social reels or shorts
Understands platform formats and output requirements (Instagram, YouTube, paid ads, landing pages)
Comfortable working across static creatives, motion graphics, and video
Able to quickly iterate creatives based on performance insights
Strong taste and attention to detail in layout, typography, pacing, and visual quality
