We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on coding experience and solid backend fundamentals. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of backend systems, be comfortable working with Java and JavaScript, and demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving capabilities.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java
Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
Work on backend logic involving JavaScript (server-side usage where applicable)
Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA teams
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
3+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
Strong coding skills (non-negotiable)
Working knowledge of JavaScript in backend environments
Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot or similar
Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs
Solid knowledge of SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Proficiency in Git for version control
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with microservices architecture
Exposure to backend JavaScript frameworks like Node.js
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services
Familiarity with caching, messaging systems, and performance optimization
Experience working in product-based companies
Candidate must be currently based in Bangalore
Notice period should be strictly 15–30 days
