We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with 6+ years of experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about solving complex user problems, driving product strategy, and creating impactful digital experiences from concept to delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
✅ 6+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience
✅ Strong understanding of the complete Product Design Lifecycle
✅ Proven experience in creating:
As-Is Journey Mapping
To-Be Journey Design
User Journey Maps
User Flows
Information Architecture
Wireframes & High-Fidelity Designs
Prototypes and Design Systems
✅ Must have worked on at least one successfully delivered end-to-end product that is live/in production
✅ Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders
✅ Strong problem-solving and design-thinking mindset
✅ Technical educational background preferred (B.Tech, BE, MCA, M.Tech, Computer Science, IT or related fields)
✅ Immediate joiners highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Telugu-speaking candidates preferred (Andhra Pradesh location)
⭐ Experience working on Government/Digital Transformation Projects will be given additional preference
⭐ Exposure to large-scale citizen-facing portals, enterprise products, or public-sector platforms is a plus
