The Role

We are hiring 3 Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists to scale our creative scouting function.

This is not a conventional recruiting role. The talent we hire, presenters, writers, editors, creative leads, does not come with standardised credentials. There is no degree for someone who can hold a viewer's attention for eight minutes. No certification for a writer who makes people care about a niche they knew nothing about an hour ago.

Your job is to find those people before anyone else does. That means pattern-matching from adjacent signals, making informed bets on potential, and building a pipeline of talent the market has not yet priced correctly.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end recruitment across creative and corporate roles
Source talent beyond conventional job boards, identifying high-potential individuals from creator ecosystems, adjacent industries, and referral networks
Evaluate candidates on taste, instinct, and trajectory, not just experience
Work directly with founders on hiring strategy and prioritisation
Build and maintain a living pipeline of talent for roles that may not yet exist

Who We Are Looking For

2+ years of recruiting experience in creative services, media production, or a boutique agency environment
Demonstrated ability to source and close non-standard profiles
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
