The Role

You'll be the founders' eyes, ears, and handshake on the ground - opening doors at hospitals and diagnostic centers across Bangalore and other metro cities so we can get the product in front of the people who actually need it.

There's no playbook for this. Every hospital works differently - you'll have to figure out who to talk to, which days the radiologist actually shows up, when to wait it out in the lobby and when to walk away and come back Tuesday. Most of it is just showing up again when it didn't work the first time.

Day-to-day:

You can talk your way through a hospital - secretary, nurse, IT head, whoever stands between you and the decision-maker
You don't wait to be told what to do next
Based in Bangalore, on the road daily, comfortable with the chaos
Some healthcare or medical exposure (nice to have, not required)
You want your work to actually move things forward at an early-stage startup - not live behind dashboards or decks

Not a fit if:

You want remote or WFH
You have classes or other commitments - this is full-time, not a side quest
You'd rather optimize a dashboard than knock on a hospital door at 9am
