Most people treat community like an engagement problem. Post more, nudge more, run more activities. We think that completely misses the point. Community is not about keeping people busy. It is about making them feel like they belong to something worth belonging to.

We are looking for someone who knows the difference between a community that is alive and one that is being managed. Someone who can walk into a room of mid-career professionals who have just finished a 6 month program and make them feel like they are still part of something worth staying in.
