About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist, ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals that align with our company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product/service presentations and tailor pitches to client needs and pain points.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zohocrm, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
