Experience: 5–7 years.

We’re looking for someone who:
→ Has owned acquisition outcomes across multiple digital channels
→ Has built and scaled growth engines from 0→1 / 1→10
→ Thinks beyond paid acquisition and understands organic & community-led growth
→ Is strong with funnel metrics, attribution, experimentation, Excel & SQL
→ Has experience in high-growth consumer/EdTech environments
→ Has hired and managed channel owners
