your mission, should you choose to accept

Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Build3 ventures.

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns primarily on Meta Ads, with Google Ads as a secondary channel.

Develop and test ad creatives, copy, hooks, landing page messaging, and audience segments.

Design structured experiments to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.

Monitor and optimize key metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and ROI.

Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaborate closely with founders, content creators, designers, and community teams.

Identify new growth channels and acquisition opportunities beyond paid advertising.

Manage marketing budgets responsibly while maximizing returns.
3–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Google Ads is a plus).
Ability to create high-performing ad hooks, creatives, and campaigns.
Confidence in analyzing campaign data, optimizing performance, and making data-backed decisions.
Understanding of key metrics like CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI.
A growth mindset with ownership, accountability, and a bias for execution.

what you can expect from us.

build3 will provide a monthly compensation of INR 40,000.
