About the Role
We are an early-stage robotics startup building cutting-edge technology from India, for the world. We are small, fast, and ambitious — the kind of team where a single person can move the needle on the whole company. The Founder's Office Associate works shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders as a force multiplier: part chief-of-staff, part special-projects operator, part gap-filler. If something needs to get done and no one owns it yet, you own it. This is not a 9-to-5. Expect long hours and weekends when the moment demands it. In return you get a front-row seat to how a hard-tech company is built from zero — the strategy, the engineering, the operations, the customers, the chaos, and the wins. You will learn more in a year here than most people learn in five elsewhere.
What You'll Do
The Founder's Office role is deliberately broad. On any given week you might touch several of the following:
Strategy & special projects — take ambiguous problems handed to you by the founders and turn them into plans, decks, or shipped outcomes.
Business operations — keep the company running day-to-day: vendor coordination, procurement, logistics, office and lab operations, and process-building where none exists.
Research & analysis — dig into markets, competitors, technologies, regulations, and customers, then distil it into crisp, decision-ready notes.
Hiring & talent — source candidates, run scheduling and coordination, and help build the early team and culture.
Customer & partnerships — support outreach, demos, pilots, and relationship management with customers and partners.
Finance & admin — assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, compliance paperwork, and basic bookkeeping coordination.
Whatever it takes — from setting up a lab demo to booking travel to unblocking an engineer — no task is too big or too small.
Who You Are
A recent graduate (0–2 years of experience) who is hungry, resourceful, and unafraid of hard problems.
An exceptional generalist — you learn fast, context-switch cleanly, and figure things out without a playbook.
Strong written and verbal communication; you can turn messy inputs into clear, structured output.
Highly organised and reliable — things you own do not fall through the cracks.
High ownership and low ego — comfortable doing glamorous and unglamorous work in the same day.
Genuinely excited about robotics, hard tech, and building world-class products from India.
Comfortable with intensity: long hours and weekend work when the company needs it, based onsite in Bangalore.
Bonus Points
Prior internship or project experience at a startup, VC firm, consulting firm, or in operations.
Comfort with spreadsheets, basic financial modelling, and tools like Notion, Slack, and modern productivity software.
An engineering, robotics, or technical background — or the curiosity to pick things up quickly.
