Deputy Manager – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to manage end-to-end finance operations (billing, payments, reporting)
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
• Take ownership of accounting, compliance, and monthly financial closures
• Prepare and review key financial statements – P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Oversee receivables, payables, costing, and banking operations
• Drive process improvements through automation and BI tools (Power BI, dashboards, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong foundation in finance with relevant hands-on experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI is an added advantage)
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
• Prior startup experience is a plus
