We're hiring a Operations and Setup Assistant to be the operational backbone of a fast-growing UK and US agency.

If you're the kind of operator who lives inside GoHighLevel, knows your way around A2P registration, prompts AI confidently, and follows SOPs to the letter without being chased, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Onboarding new clients into GoHighLevel from documented snapshots
Submitting and managing A2P 10DLC registrations for US clients and UK MNO sender ID registrations for UK clients
Producing ad creative by prompting AI tools (Anthropic API, Ideogram, ElevenLabs, Veo, Sora, Runway) following our documented SOPs
Setting up Meta ad campaigns from documented campaign briefs
Building landing pages from our templates
Managing client communications using our templates and AI tools
Following weekly and monthly comms cadences without being chased
Sending an end-of-day update via Slack every working day

This is not a figure-it-out-from-scratch role. Every task comes with an SOP, a template, or an AI prompt. What we need is someone who follows the process accurately, completes it on time, and treats client-facing work with care.
