💼 What You’ll Do

🔹 You'll be the one keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Your day will include:

Managing day-to-day stock — receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory accurately
Reconciling stock counts regularly so our numbers always match reality
Coordinating with the team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time
Tracking incoming shipments from suppliers and flagging delays or discrepancies early
Supervising warehouse staff — assigning tasks, maintaining discipline, and keeping the floor organized
Sharing weekly updates with the team — stock levels, bottlenecks, and what's working or not

💼 Requirements:

Strong organizational skills — someone who spots problems before they become bigger ones
Comfortable being on your feet and hands-on with day-to-day floor operations
Basic comfort with Google Sheets / Excel for inventory tracking
Good at managing people — fair, firm, and approachable with the team
