What You'll Do

Support the design and execution of Organizational Development (OD) and culture transformation initiatives across the organization.
Assist in employee engagement, leadership development, performance, and change management projects.
Create impactful presentations to communicate insights, strategies, recommendations, and project outcomes.
Analyze people data using Google Sheets to generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
Develop compelling visual narratives using Canva, Google Slides, or Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively present OD strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Contribute to high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.

Graduate's Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong interest in Organizational Development, Culture Transformation, and People Strategy.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in creating professional presentations using Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with Google Sheets, including formulas, data analysis, and dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
