This role will focus on - Idea - Plan - Production - Event Day - Wrap Up - Report - Next Edition.

Plan and execute events ranging from small community mixers to large, multi-day sports tournaments.

Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, registrations, court schedules, staffing, branding, and contingency plans.
Ensure a smooth participant experience before, during, and after every event.
Coordinate sponsors, brand activations, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.
Manage events across multiple cities as Serve Society expands.
Track event costs, registration and sponsorship revenue, and overall results.
Prepare post-event reports, collect feedback, and improve future events.
