What is Mili?

Mili is a cutting-edge AI Note Taker designed for Wealth Advisors who manage High Net Worth clients. We’re helping them save time, improve compliance, and serve clients better - by automating everything from meeting summaries to CRM updates.

We recently raised $2M from top VCs (including some of our own customers!) and are now building with even more focus and ambition.

What kind of engineers do we look for?

Strong backend skills - Python, Django, REST APIs, WebSockets
Real-time systems - Django Channels or similar
Cloud infrastructure - AWS (EC2, S3, RDS)
Experience or interest in AI integrations - LLMs, STT, ML APIs
Ownership mindset - you love solving problems end-to-end, care about users, and move fast with clarity

We’re based in Bangalore (office-first) for better speed and collaboration, but we’re flexible when needed. We care about outcomes, not hours.
