Glitter Technology Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (www.glitterlabs.com) is hiring a Forward Deployed Project Manager to work directly with founders and leadership to drive execution across every active initiative in the company.
We operate at high speed in AI-native systems, Edge AI, Vertical AI, and content-driven distribution. Execution velocity is high, context is constantly shifting, and clarity is everything.
This role exists to ensure that what gets decided gets done — on time, at the right standard, without follow-up.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership execution role working directly with founders.
You are not just scheduling meetings or tracking tasks. You are:
Managing execution flow across teams
Driving delivery across teams and initiatives end to end
Ensuring operational clarity in fast-moving environments
Removing friction from decision-making and delivery
Acting as the connective tissue between founders, teams, and external stakeholders
You will be expected to operate with minimal direction, anticipate needs before they are stated, and maintain absolute precision in execution.

Own executive calendars, priorities, and scheduling across multiple time horizons
Own active project delivery across teams and time horizons
Ensure execution follow-through across initiatives, tracking commitments, deadlines, and action items
Surface blockers, risks, and misalignments proactively before they become delays
Manage internal and external communications on behalf of founders
Track commitments, deadlines, and action items across the organization
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with precision
Maintain operational clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Manage founder schedules with high precision and context awareness
Prioritize meetings, requests, and commitments based on business impact
Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare agendas, briefs, and follow-up summaries for key meetings
Track all active initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
Ensure follow-ups are completed and nothing falls through gaps
Maintain structured systems for task tracking and accountability
Surface risks, delays, and misalignment proactively
Handle inbound and outbound communication on behalf of leadership
Draft clear, concise, and professional responses when needed
Ensure alignment across stakeholders through structured updates
Reduce noise and increase signal in day-to-day communication flow
Build and maintain lightweight operational systems for tracking work
Organize documentation, notes, and decision records for leadership use
Continuously improve workflows to increase execution efficiency
Maintain absolute clarity across calendars, tasks, and priorities
2–5+ years in executive support, operations, or high-trust coordination roles
Strong organizational and prioritization skills under high pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail with zero tolerance for avoidable errors
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
Strong judgment in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Proactive mindset — anticipates needs before they are explicitly stated
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership in high-context environments
Strong execution discipline and accountability
Prior experience as an project manager, executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations coordinator preferred
Experience in startups or high-velocity environments strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage complex calendars, workflows, or operational systems
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
Demonstrated track record of high-quality execution in previous roles
Strong organizational systems thinking and communication ability
Work directly with founders in a fast-moving AI-native company
