Associate / Senior Associate: Technology & AI Programs

About the Role

We are looking for Associates & Senior Associates who will play a key role in driving the success of our technical, coding & AI programs across verticals such as Venture Building, Startup Building, Careers, Academics and Student Experiences. They will be responsible for managing program operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high-quality experience for students across their journey at Mesa.

This role will also support hands-on workshops, upskilling classes, and foundational operator skill-building experiences that help students build real-world capabilities across tech, AI, startups, and venture creation. This role requires strong ownership, operational excellence, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Program Operations & Delivery

• Facilitate end-to-end execution of assigned programs, ensuring smooth delivery across all program milestones.

• Coordinate with faculty, mentors, operators, founders, and internal teams to ensure program schedules, sessions, workshops, and activities are executed seamlessly.

• Support the delivery of hands-on workshops, upskilling classes, and venture-building activities across startup building, operator skills, tech, AI, and business execution.
  

Student Experience & Engagement

• Act as a key point of contact for students throughout their program journey.

• Ensure students receive timely communication, support, and guidance.

• Track student progress, engagement, and participation across program activities, workshops, and project milestones.

• Support students in developing foundational operator skills and applying them in practical, real-world contexts.
  

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with admissions, operations, faculty, venture-building, and career teams to ensure alignment across program delivery.

• Coordinate logistics for sessions, workshops, events, founder interactions, mentor sessions, and program activities.

• Support initiatives that enhance program quality, student outcomes, and hands-on learning experiences.
  

Program Tracking & Improvement

• Monitor program performance and student feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain program documentation, trackers, and operational records.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness, workshop quality, and student learning outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

• A strong foundational understanding of technology and artificial intelligence.

• 1 - 4 years of experience in program delivery, operations, student engagement, startup building, venture building, tech, AI, or related roles.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution independently.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• Strong interest in hands-on learning, startups, venture creation, and building practical operator capabilities.
