The 3one4 internship is for students who want to go beyond just working in startups and actually understand how they’re built, evaluated, and backed.

You don’t sit on the sidelines. You work on real problems, often messy and undefined, alongside different teams across the firm. You learn how to break things down, form your own point of view, and get comfortable being wrong. It’s less about having the right answers and more about learning how to think.

You get a close look at how decisions are made, through exposure to founders, operators, and the ecosystem. And by the end, you leave with work you can stand behind, not just something you observed.

More than anything, it helps you figure yourself out. What you enjoy, what you’re good at, and what you’re not. And you leave with a community that continues to learn and grow with you.
