What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in founder's office/generalist/GTM roles
• Prior experience with leading 0->1 charters (ex-founder is a bonus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tier 1 education (IIT is a bonus)
Compensation: Up to 35 LPA + ESOPs
