Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the performance marketing strategy aligned with Alle's growth objectives. Define channel mix, target audiences, budget allocation, and KPIs.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, UAC), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and potentially others.
Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve CPA, ROAS, and user acquisition targets.
Analysis & Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Implement A/B tests (creatives, copy, landing pages, targeting, bidding) to enhance efficiency and scale.
Tracking & Reporting: Implement robust tracking mechanisms (pixels, UTMs, attribution models). Regularly report on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to stakeholders.

Criteria

4–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital ads, or growth, with a strong track record of driving user acquisition and hitting growth goals.
Solid experience running campaigns on key platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Bonus if you’ve done this before at an early-stage startup and are familiar with the pace, scrappiness, and creativity it takes to grow from the ground up.
