We’re building India’s Stanford - and we’re at an inflection point. Over the next 3-4 years, we’re on track to grow 10x, and the people who join us today will have the opportunity to shape what Mesa becomes. We’re hiring exceptional Associates (0-2 years of experience) to build with us.
 

What you’ll do

• Build and scale high-impact initiatives from 0 → 1

• Leverage AI to reimagine how we build, run, and scale programs

• Help build, operationalise and grow new ventures from the ground up

• Get a front-row seat to India’s startup ecosystem

• Own problems end-to-end- from figuring out what needs to be done to making it happen
   

What we’re looking for

• High ownership: Give you a problem, and you’ll figure it out. You work backwards from the outcome and make it happen

• Strong execution: You don’t just have ideas, you get things done

• Data-driven thinking: You’re comfortable working with data and using it to make decisions

• Great communication: You can think clearly, write well and get people aligned

• Bias for action: You’d rather test, learn and iterate than wait for the perfect plan
