LegalBridge is an AI-powered platform for U.S. immigration law firms and corporate global mobility teams. We bring intake, document collection, AI drafting, USCIS forms, and e-filing into one place, so attorneys spend less time on admin and more time winning cases. 100+ firms already run on LegalBridge.

The role: You'll own our relationship with law firm customers after they sign: getting them live fast, helping them use the platform well, and making sure they see real results.

What we're looking for

Experience/Interest in Customer Success or Implementation at a SaaS company
Clear, confident communication with senior professionals like attorneys and paralegals
Quick to learn software and explain it simply
Bonus: legal tech or U.S. immigration experience (H-1B, O-1, EB-1A, green cards)
