Carousel Designer (Social Media)

We’re looking for a Carousel Designer who understands the basics of visual storytelling, has a strong sense of design, and a fast turnaround speed. This role is specifically for someone who enjoys creating clean, structured, and engaging carousels for social media (specifically Instagram).

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media posts and carousels

• Create and enforce proper branding systems for each IP

• Maintain a consistent design language across posts

• Collaborate with the content team to translate ideas into visuals that perform

• Iterate on designs based on feedback and improve visual quality over time

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Canva & Photoshop

• Good design sense (layout, spacing, typography, color balance)

• Ability to explain design decisions clearly — not vague answers like “it just looks
good”

• Ability to generate images with AI

• Must own a laptop
