Developer (Python + ML)

Experience: Early career or 0-2 years

Looking for a curious, junior developer who enjoys working with Python and is interested in machine learning and AI. What matters most is strong fundamentals, willingness to learn, and the ability to grow with the team.

What you should be comfortable with:

1. Good programming fundamentals in Python

2. Clear understanding of core Machine Learning concepts – Supervised and unsupervised learning, Overfitting and underfitting, Bias variance tradeoff

3. Hands on familiarity with common ML libraries – NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn

4. Basic understanding of deep learning concepts

5. Solid grasp of

   • Data structures and algorithms

   • Object oriented programming concepts

Nice to have (You can grow into these):

• Experience working with Linux and Git

• Exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Introductory knowledge of Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision

• Familiarity with neural network architectures such as CNNs and RNNs

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
