Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can build, automate, and scale infrastructure and deployment systems that support AI-driven workflows. This is a hands-on role focused on enabling fast, reliable, and repeatable software delivery while maintaining high system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform
Manage and automate deployments across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Build self-healing systems using native Kubernetes primitives and control-plane automation
Set up and manage cloud infrastructure for scalability and performance
Build and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Continuously improve MTTR, availability, and operational maturity
Build internal platforms using GitOps, policy-as-code, and declarative workflows
Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development and release processes
Implement security best practices and access controls in DevOps workflows

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years building and operating production cloud infrastructure
Someone who understands Kubernetes internals: scheduler, controllers, API server, etcd
Production experience with Service Mesh (Istio / Linkerd / Ambient Mesh)
Strong SRE background: SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident response
Advanced Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, and performance tuning skills
Demonstrated ability to debug distributed systems under live incident pressure
Comfortable working with kernel, networking, and container isolation concepts
You think in failure domains, blast radius, and recovery paths ; not YAML snippets

We'd love if

You hold CNCF certifications such as:

CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)

CKAD / CKS

CNCF Prometheus / Observability certifications

You have designed multi-cluster or multi-region Kubernetes platforms
You’ve operated clusters with 1000+ nodes or high pod density
You’ve implemented GitOps (ArgoCD / Flux) at organizational scale
You’ve reduced infra costs by double-digit percentages through engineering
You actively contribute to CNCF or cloud-native OSS projects
You’ve presented technical work at meetups, conferences, or internal forums
You’ve led platform migrations or major reliability initiatives.
