Program Manager (PG) | Mesa School of Business

About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager – Learning & Academics who will play a key role in driving the academic success of our PG programs at MESA.

The Program Manager will own the learning outcomes of the program end-to-end defining what students should learn, designing the learning experience to achieve those outcomes, and relentlessly tracking and improving student learning. You will work closely with faculty, industry practitioners, and internal teams to ensure that every aspect of the program is intentionally designed around student learning.

Beyond academics, you will own program operations and execution, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for students throughout their journey at MESA.

This role requires strong ownership, operational excellence, a deep obsession with student learning, and the ability to translate learning goals into high-quality experiences and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Academics-Program Delivery

• Own learning outcomes and design the learning experience to achieve them.

• Own faculty and academic quality — from onboarding and course design to classroom delivery and continuous improvement.

• Own academic execution — term planning, calendars, LMS readiness, assessments, grading, and communication.

• Track student learning and engagement, identify gaps, and drive interventions to improve outcomes.

• Evolve the curriculum based on student needs, industry trends, and AI advancements.

• Design practitioner-led learning experiences, including Startup Leader sessions and other industry engagements.

Student Experience & Engagement

• Act as a key point of contact for students throughout their program journey.

• Ensure students receive timely communication, support, and guidance.

• Track student progress, engagement, and participation across program activities.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with admissions, operations, faculty, and career teams to ensure alignment across program delivery.

• Coordinate logistics for sessions, workshops, events, and program activities.

• Support initiatives that enhance program quality and student outcomes.

Career Preparation & Industry Exposure

• Support initiatives that help students prepare for internships and career opportunities.

• Coordinate industry interactions, workshops, and career readiness sessions.

• Work with internal teams to ensure students are prepared for placements and industry engagements.

Program Tracking & Improvement

• Monitor program performance and student feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain program documentation, trackers, and operational records.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For

• 4 to 8 years designing and running learning programs: education, ed-tech, impact fellowships, accelerators, or similar. You have built curriculum, not only administered it.

• Evidence you've shipped a program that learners completed and valued. We will ask what you designed, what broke, and what you changed.

• AI-native working style. You already use AI tools daily across your own work and have opinions about where they genuinely help learning and where they don't.

• Strong stakeholder management: you can hold faculty, mentors, students, and internal teams to one plan without drama.

• Ability to run multiple workstreams and drive execution independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity. Batch one of anything is messy; you find that energising rather than stressful.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, for students, faculty, and industry partners alike.
