We're seeking a highly skilled SDR Engineer to join our growing team to join our Aura Series team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience writing signal classification algorithms, developing and implementing signal processing algorithms for electronic warfare applications, and designing and optimising antenna systems for electronic warfare platforms.
Design, develop, and test electronic warfare systems including jammers, signal processors, and signal identification tools
Conduct modelling and simulation for radio system performance and key functions such as triangulation
Develop and implement signal processing algorithms for electronic warfare applications
Develop and implement signal classification algorithms in hardware and software
Design and optimise antenna systems for electronic warfare platforms
Utilise frequency hopping and other counter-jamming techniques to enhance system robustness
Perform modelling, system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of electronic warfare systems
Work alongside, and mentor, a talented team of hardware and software engineers and help generalists understand the fundamentals of EW
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronic warfare technology and implement best practices
Experience with direction finding, geolocation and signal sorting/deinterleaving algorithms and software
Experience with writing signal classification software and associated hardware implementation
Performance modelling using modelling & simulation tools such as Matlab, Suppressor, Brawler or other tools
Signal trackers, Kalman filters, multi-int data fusion engines and trackers
Experience with data and performance analysis for radar warning receivers, electronic support systems, SIGINT & COMINT systems and jammers
Test and Evaluation experience of RF systems
Modelling & Simulation including experience with Hardware in the loop testing including CEESIM (combat EM environment simulator) or similar experience
Mission planning and mission data file generation
Strong skills with C++ and Python
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Installed performance analysis of RF systems in real test bodies or aircraft
Real time embedded software integration in C, C#, VHDL or Haskel
Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed for mission critical deadlines.
INR 30-36L per annum
