Engineering Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead teams building reliable, scalable software systems. This role is best suited to someone with strong Java depth, hands-on full-stack architecture experience, and a track record of delivering modular, high-scale products in cloud environments.

About the role

Lead engineering execution across backend and frontend systems with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear technical plans.
Drive architecture decisions for modular software, multi-tenant systems, and highly scalable applications.
Support a strong delivery culture through technical guidance, prioritization, and engineering best practices.
This is a full-time onsite role with 5 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams while contributing to architecture and technical direction.
Design and review systems built with Java, frontend technologies such as Bootstrap and jQuery, and cloud platforms.
Guide the development of modular software, multi-tenant architecture, and highly scalable systems.
Partner with stakeholders to break down requirements into achievable technical roadmaps.
Drive engineering quality through design reviews, code reviews, and sound delivery processes.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience in engineering, with clear depth in software design and delivery.
Hands-on experience with Java, frontend technologies like Bootstrap and jQuery, and AWS.
Strong experience with full-stack architecture, modular software development, and multi-tenant systems.
Proficiency with cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MS, MBA, or another relevant graduate degree is a plus.
Strong engineering fundamentals, including system design, scalability, and maintainability.
