Whether it’s a data science project, a platform to be developed, an internal design project, or a sales or marketing issue - there’s a problem waiting for someone like you to crack. If we see that you might be the person who can take ownership and solve it end-to-end, we’ll be excited to dive in, explain the challenge, and see if you’re up for it.

How we work:

• Less meetings, more work: We do just one scheduled meeting/week. Every day, everyone drops an async standup update on slack. Whoever misses the update has to send a video version in commentary format to entertain others :)

• Broad roles: We like to keep roles broad by default. This means an engineer could be writing product docs, doing demo calls, etc. A UX designer could be creating logos or videos. We look for at least one spike and leave the rest fuzzy.

• Work trials: We do a paid 1 week work trial before hiring so that both of us can experience what it's like working together before committing. Some people in less demanding full-time roles have continued to work with us for longer periods or multiple short stints because they enjoy it.
