User Growth Intern

HireFT is an AI-powered job search assistant helping job seekers discover jobs, optimize resumes, get referrals, and automate job applications.
 

We're building the future of job hunting and already serve thousands of users globally.

As a Growth Intern, you'll work directly with the founder and own growth initiatives across content, communities, partnerships, social media, and user acquisition.

Stipend - 15000 + 3k (basis performance) per month

What You'll Do

Growth Experiments

• Launch and test growth experiments every week

• Find new channels to acquire job seekers

• Analyze which channels generate the highest-quality users

• Track signups, activation, and conversion metrics

Social Media Growth

• Create and publish content on:

  • LinkedIn

  • Instagram

  • X (Twitter)

  • Reddit

  • YouTube Shorts

• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats

Community Building

• Engage with job-seeking communities

• Build relationships with:

  • College groups

  • Career communities

  • LinkedIn creators

  • Placement cells

• Identify partnership opportunities

Influencer & Creator Outreach

• Reach out to creators in:

  • Career advice

  • Software engineering

  • MBA

  • Data science

  • International jobs

• Negotiate collaborations

User Research

• Interview users

• Understand why users convert or drop off

• Collect testimonials and success stories

Analytics

• Maintain growth dashboards

• Track:

  • Signups

  • Activation rates

  • Paid conversions

  • User retention
     

Ideal Candidate
