🎨 Design Intern / Visual Storyteller — Shape the Identity of Flosync

We are building something ambitious at Flosync.

Factories today have:

👀 Eyes — sensors, cameras, machine signals
🦾 Hands — operators, technicians, robots

But they still don’t have a brain.

Flosync is building the AI layer that learns from machines and humans to prevent failures and improve factory operations.

In large manufacturing plants, a single second of downtime can cost lakhs or even millions.

Flosync was started by second-time IITB founders who have previously:

🦄 built companies that became unicorns
📡 deployed 150,000+ IoT sensors in the real world
🏢 built deep-tech startups acquired by listed companies
💸 helped build businesses that raised $200M+

You’ll work directly with the founders building the next system from scratch.

Factories are getting sensors, AI models, and automation — but the story around how this new world works is still poorly communicated.

We need someone who can help visually explain complex ideas.

Not just through pretty slides, but through clear visual thinking.

💡 What you’ll work on

• Creating visual identity and design language for Flosync
• Designing investor decks, product decks, and technical presentations
• Creating diagrams that explain complex AI systems and industrial workflows
• Producing visuals, illustrations, and short videos for product storytelling
• Translating messy technical ideas into clear visual communication

You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to shape how Flosync looks and communicates.
