We're hiring an SDE 2(3-5 YOE) to build and scale product features across backend systems and AI-powered workflows. This role is a fit for an engineer with 3-5 years of experience who writes solid Python, works comfortably with cloud and data infrastructure, and can move through ambiguous problems with good judgment.
We are building the Decision Platform for enterprise. It’s a strong space, especially with how you're helping teams automate high-stakes operational decisions with approvals and audit trails built in.
You’ll work across application logic, data, cloud infrastructure, and LLM integrations — from shipping product features to improving reliability and performance.
This is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable making progress in ambiguous situations, asking the right questions, and turning rough ideas into production-ready systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering to scope solutions, ship fast, and keep quality high.
Build and maintain Full stack services, Python services, APIs, and internal workflows.
Design and ship AI/LLM-powered product capabilities with thoughtful handling of reliability, latency, and cost.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to model data cleanly and query it efficiently. Build efficient Data Pipelines.
Use Docker and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP to develop, deploy, and operate services.
3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong Python skills in production environments. Knowledge of frontend frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration in real products or internal tools.
Comfort with Docker and at least one major cloud platform: AWS or GCP.
Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases, data orchestration frameworks like Dagster, Prefect.
Experience with GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks is a plus.
Clear thinking, ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguous problems well.
