Growth & Brand Marketing Intern
(0–1 Mobility Initiative)
Experience: 0–2 years
Location: Bangalore - In Office.
Team: New Mobility Initiative at Rapido
About the Initiative
We are building a new mobility initiative at Rapido, focused on creating more sustainable,
shared, and efficient ways for people to commute daily. This is a true 0 – 1 journey, early-stage,
fast-moving, and built with a small team that operates like a startup within Rapido.
If you enjoy ambiguity, fast feedback loops, and seeing your work directly influence user
behavior, this role will give you a front-row seat.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth & Brand Marketing Intern with strong communication skills who
can help shape how this new mobility category is understood, talked about, and adopted by
users.
This is not a “just ads” role. It’s about clear thinking, sharp messaging, and translating a
new idea into language users actually understand and trust.
You’ll work closely with founders, product, and growth teams to help drive early adoption
through content, communication, and on-ground execution.
What You’ll Do
● Help plan and execute early-stage growth initiatives across digital and on-ground
channels
● Work on messaging, copy, and communication across:
○ App surfaces
○ Social channels
○ Communities, campuses, workplaces
● Support content creation and distribution (posts, reels, explainers, FAQs,
announcements)
● Assist in audience segmentation and tailoring communication for different user cohorts
● Capture user feedback from comments, reviews, DMs, and on-ground interactions
● Work closely with product and growth teams to turn insights into better communication
● Document learnings clearly so they can be reused as the initiative scales
What We’re Looking For
● 0–2 years of experience (internships, college projects, or early startup exposure works)
● Strong written and verbal communication skills , clarity matters more than polish
● Curiosity about consumer behavior and how new categories are adopted
● Comfort working in ambiguity and figuring things out without a fixed playbook
● Willingness to be hands-on, on-ground, and close to users
● A bias for action and learning over perfection
Why This Role Is Different
● You won’t be working on decks or mock exercises, your work goes live
● You’ll see how communication directly affects adoption and trust
● You’ll experience how brand and growth actually work in a 0–1 environment
● You’ll work closely with senior leaders and decision-makers
