Who Should Apply:

4–6 years of experience in Growth, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Founder’s Office, Program/Project Management, or Business Analytics roles.
Proven experience in owning and driving high-impact projects end-to-end, from problem identification and strategy to execution and measurable business outcomes.
Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), data-driven problem solving, and structured analysis to identify growth opportunities and solve complex business problems.
Experience in leading and managing teams, driving accountability, performance, ownership, and continuous development.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel/SQL, dashboards, KPI tracking, and business analysis.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable processes that improve business performance, operational efficiency, customer/merchant experience, or category outcomes.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive strategic initiatives and execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities.
High-ownership individuals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and have a strong bias for action.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution without authority.
Experience in E-commerce, D2C, Marketplace, SaaS, or high-growth startups is preferred.
Preferred candidates from Tier-1 institutes (IIT/NIT/BITS etc.) or high-growth startups, with a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
