What we're looking for:
2-5 years experience in product design, UI/UX, or related field
1-3 years experience in video editing (full time)
AI savvy - can webdesign prototypes in replit/lovable/vercel, using AI tools for video/content generation
High agency - You see what needs to be done and just do it
Entrepreneurial mindset - This isn't a "execute designs from PM" role. You'll shape product direction.
Full-stack design skills - Figma wizardry, basic motion graphics, can create compelling demo videos
Ownership mentality - You're employee #5, first designer. Everything visual is your responsibility.
Brownie Points if:
You uses AI as your enabler
You've designed SaaS products or developer tools
You can turn complex technical concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces
You're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
You want to build something that changes how enterprises use AI
What you'll own:
Product design for all of our product suites
All marketing materials (website, pitch decks, demo videos etc.)
Brand identity and visual language
User research and design strategy
Working directly with the founding team
