We're turning what institutional desks spend millions on into a conversation anyone can have. We're live, growing fast, and the hardest technical problems are still ahead of us.

We are building the core team that will scale this from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of concurrent traders.

Why this Role exists

This is a Founder's Office role with a growth lean. You'll work directly with

the founders across whatever is most broken that week and creating automated systems for growth across multiple channels.

What You'll Own

• Organic Acquisitions across Reddit, Twitter/X, Telegram, WhatsApp,

  and LinkedIn. Writing posts, running experiments, pulling what works.

• Running our beta community on WhatsApp (currently 5.3x retention lift for

  members vs non-members) and expanding it into a moat.

• Driving the content engine - Screen-of-the-Day, Expert Series webinars,

  creator partnerships, thought leadership on behalf of the founders.

• Filling necessary gaps between strategy and execution - from writing WhatsApp copy to briefing designers to negotiating with Telegram admins.

• Instrumenting, analysing, and reporting on every channel we touch. If a tactic isn't moving a number, we kill it.

What We're Looking For

• You've spent 2–5 years in a pre-PMF or early-PMF startup, ideally in Indian consumer fintech, SaaS, or a community-heavy product.

• You've run at least two of: organic Twitter/X, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp community, SEO content, influencer partnerships, or paid social.

• You know the difference between a thread that got 200 impressions and one that got 20,000, and you can explain why.

• You understand the Indian retail trading ecosystem or you're hungry enough to be fluent in it within 30 days. Bonus if you trade or research stocks yourself.

• Very fluent in communication and writing. You can conceptualise and write multiple hooks for different target group.

• You're okay with ambiguity. If you need a detailed brief to start work, this role will frustrate you.
