Design and ship scalable, reliable APIs and services.
Lead key technical decisions around system design, performance, resiliency, and maintainability.

Raise the engineering bar through strong reviews, mentoring, and execution discipline.
Design backend systems that can handle growth in traffic, data volume, and product complexity.

6–10 years of software engineering experience, with strong depth in backend development.
Strong production experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Strong experience building scalable APIs and backend systems in production.
Excellent system design skills, with clear thinking around trade-offs, reliability, and performance.
Experience owning or shaping backend architecture for a product or platform.
Ability to work as a technical lead and drive engineering quality across teams.
Graduation from a Tier 1 college is preferred.
