About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening and the overall hiring process while working with a team of experienced recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidate profiles based on role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Assist with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
Support the team with recruitment-related tasks and day-to-day coordination.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Strong interest in recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to research and identify relevant candidate profiles.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Freshers and candidates with prior recruitment internship experience are welcome to apply.
