Job Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Lead—a strategic thinker, skilled writer, and natural storyteller who understands socio-political trends, pop culture, and digital storytelling to drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

📢 Team Leadership- Mentor a team of 7, ensuring high-quality creative output.

🎥 Content & Pitch Oversight – Supervise BAU content for retainer brands, crack big brand campaigns and pitches

💡 Industry Insights & Strategy – Stay ahead of Instagram & Twitter trends, analyse competitors, and collaborate on client pitches & presentations.

🤝 Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive ideation and creative leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 4-6 years of experience in a creative leadership role.

✔️ Expertise in content ideation.

✔️ Strong grasp of socio-political landscapes, pop culture, and digital trends.

✔️ Proven ability to manage teams and execute high-impact campaigns.

✔️ Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Claude & other creative tools.
