Most education programs have a dropout problem. They call it a retention challenge, build nudge sequences around it, and measure it. We think that is the wrong way to look at it.

We are looking for someone who treats every dropout as a personal failure. Someone who notices before the learner does that something is off, picks up the phone, and figures out what is actually going on.
